When combined with trauma, toxic relationships, or family struggles, it’s easy to believe we’re “too much” or “never enough.” As a trauma-informed coach, I’m not here to fix you—because you are not broken. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, release shame, and create a life where you can truly thrive. 

 As a trauma-informed coach, I am not here to “fix” you—I am here to support you and equip you with tools and techniques to guide you on your healing journey. 

My role as a coach is to help you realize that your struggles do not define you or make you defective. Instead, I’m here to guide you toward seeing yourself with compassion and acceptance, so you can step into the future with confidence and hope.

I hold space for you to discover that you are adaptive, intelligent, creative, and already complete. Having survived trauma myself, I understand what it feels like to be misunderstood, alone, and wishing you could just be “normal.” Through compassion and a deep belief in your inner strength, I help you recognize the goodness and capability within you. With the right tools to care for yourself and honor your needs, you can thrive beyond past hardships, embrace supportive relationships, and create a beautiful, fulfilling life—exactly as you are.
